Where are my New Vegas Screenshots?

Where are the screenshots I've been taking in New Vegas stored? I know how to find them in Fallout 3 but since this is Steam (yuck) I don't know where to find them. Any help?

Pressing the screenshot button(Prt Scr for me) makes a .bmp in the New Vegas directory.

The NV directory: Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas
