I tried googleling yahooing and what not to find mods.
No Mutants Allowed has a nice selection like the unofficial patch 1.3.3 from teamx and a high resolution mod which im using but i cant find any other.

Any suggestions?

I think there is mods for Fallout 2 or maybe some stuff created using the same engine, but as far as I know, the first Fallout were never known for their mods nor their modability for that matter.

It is fallout 2 which has all the mods , as they have released an editor for it.
