So...Obsidian didn't make the stupid face of Yes Man? They didn't make the thing that was the only reason I chose Yes Man? Because of his face ..xD

Correct; it says on the wikia that its the first image on google images when happy face is typed in. Obsideon know this, as they copied it, legally.

I chose him because he's HILARIOUS. If I'd know he was voiced by Dave Foley the first time I heard him, that would have been another good reason. I don't think the courier takes New Vegas with Yes Man though... I think Yes Man takes it and the courier is left in the cold.
