Your favorite set?

What location do you have an unexplainable attatchment?

For me it's the Lucky 38, and the reason is when you walk around the casino level, you see various things people would use, like the hat and glasses on the counter, it makes me imagine people hearing the news about the bombs falling, and then they try to flee to safety. I dotn know, for me, the setting inside speaks volumes.

What about you all?

Nellis Air Base
The characters, their mindset, and story all speak to me with such intrigue. They are crazy and self righteous yet not beyond the reach of reason. I just love going there. Plus, reaching them was a lot of fun. I was crippled, out of stimpacks and running for my life XD I loved it.

Wash D.C.

Don't get me wrong I like this game, however I miss the closeness of the big city. Never knowing when a raider/mutant/enclave would jump around a corner...

My next build will be explosives + melee so odds are it may add more difficulty.

Its just big sniper rifle + Boone + Ed-E == 90% of the bad guys never even get a shot off at me... heck most don't even know I was there. It just seems a bit... open and revealing.

Odds are its just my build but I used the same one in Fallout 3, and it seems a bit... harder in the middle to end. Don't get me wrong starting out in NV is hard as all get out...

Eh, I miss that cool toned color pallete the weather in F3 produced. But I think Obsidian captured that 'desert reclaiming it's own' pretty well.

I like Camp Forlorn Hope, the despair you get upon entering and and the hopeful feeling you get after helping out around camp.

I also liked vault 34, the concentration of enemies made the combat seem more frantic and hectic than normal and figuring out how to get into the armory and subsequently learning what happened to the place was fun.

NCRCF, I just like that whole prison feel it has.

Hidden Valley, I love the security system that :whistling: has.

Abandoned Shack, because of.... Personal... Things... >_>

Gomorrah, HOLY [censored] THEY HAVE GHOUL STRIPPER!!!! :D

Crescent Canyon, I dunno why but it's filled with radiation and gecko's and I just love it.

Nipton, the place is just so... Warm and cuddly, too bad that Legion didn't set up an outpost there. :(

Ivanpah Dry Lake, awesome place.

I like the new Vault prefabs. I was trying to build a Vault in Fallout 3 and never could get the entrance just right because I didn't have the right piece I wanted. Nor could I get the rooms to line up properly. I wanted windows in the walls but I was left with holes in the ceiling because of the kit mismatching..That seems fixed for NV.
