All of the stuff in the lobby of the Lucky 38 is not owned and some of it is EXTREMELY valuable so take whatever you want and go sell it.

READ!!!! I dont know if this is a bug. I dont know if this has been fixed.

I doubt it's a bug. House has no need for any of that stuff. It's mostly just pre-war money, which is valuable, but compared to what House has, it's just old clutter.

He'd probably be grateful to you for cleaning out the junk.

Actually if you go into the safes behind the desk at the cashier place there are guns and things of that sort also he has 21 cartons of cigs lying around the place which is worth more than pre war money.

With a very high luck, it's easy to hit the 32,000 cap jackpot on the slots. I made over a 100k between four casinos.

Yeah. I've cleaned the place out before. It's still stuff House has no use for. My point was that it's almost definitely intentional.

I know its fantastic isnt it? But my main character has medium (5) luck which means that this little gli-- bu--- whatever it was, was extremely useful even though the only things i spend money on are stims.

If you can get your Luck to six, either take IT to raise it to seven, or take the implant and grab the Naughty Nightwear, your luck will be at eight.(That was a long sentence)... With an eight in luck, you can earn 30,000 caps in a half an hour playing Black jack. you cant lose. Double down on eighteen? You get a three. Getting to the Clinic in the first hour of the game isn't hard. Running away and jumping while drugged up is a great way to dodge the Cazadors in the northwest.

your way is great too, but all items in the 38 are yours by right. House gives them to you unbeknowingly.

Yeah, having a six in luck for any build is feasible, unless your role-laying an unlucky type. Jury Rigging is another great mid-game tactic as well.

Or if u don't have anything against cheating then u can try this (PS: I have only did this once to see if it worked)

First of all if u have the latest patch of FNV then u need to delete it.
Second u will need speech 30 (I think) and u must not have done the Lucky Old Sun mission.
When u get the mission u talk to Inugito (or something like that) and make him tell u that he is a member of the "Followers of the Accopolyse"
Third U do what Inugito tells u to do (Thel select option on the bottom on the coumputer in the tower) when u have done this u go and talk to Inugito again and ask him for a reward. This is the Reward

365 XP,2 Doctor Bags and 3 Stimpacks. You can sell them for good money. Now u can just ask him for a new reward whenever u want!

THere is also another glitch and that is named "Primm Casino Money Glitch"

The Contreras bug where he keeps all the stuff in his inventory including caps is a great way to make money. I got 1000 12.7 mm Ammo and a couple Combat Armor Mark II's off of him plus the caps that I gave him for his items.

You can make 14,000 caps by giving Jane the 7 Snowglobes.

Loot the Boomers base they won't mind the missing Combat Armor which sells for around 2500 a piece depending if you fully repair it. Its still Stealing so don't let them catch you taking it.

If your not using Energy Weapons then you can loot the RepConn HQ building (Always go there during the day) and sell the Unique Plasma Rifle as well as other weapons and armor in there.

If you kill everyone in the Silver Rush and loot the place you'll make around 20,000 caps.

You can make 3000 caps by lying to Marcus and then kill the Mercs. You will lose Rep with the NCR so save 1st that way Marcus doesn't die accidently.

Save before using a Slot Machine and just keep Max Betting it until you get 32000 chips which then becomes 32000 caps. If you run out of Chips just keep reloading until you hit the Jackpot.

You can also try
- Blackjack
- Slot Machine
- Seller glitch
- Money hack

The 2 last ones are just if you are bad at gambling....... (If you have low luck I mean)

Gamble at all casinos
hand in snow globes
deliver platinum chip to house
loot and sel what you dont need

All of that and you will be rich. If you want more money get DM dlc, then find the vendor with the most money and sell the stuff at the end of the vault. (10k x 37)
This game money is easy, whileyour at it, help followes get free supplies, same for freeside, then help CL to get safehouse access and free stuff, do itfor NCR, and BoS.

I must svck at gambling...
My current play through has luck of 10, and I still lose at the black jack table if I don't use my handy helper card.

And slots... I will break the bank if I play for an hour at the dang machine I have been kicked out of all but one joint, and still never hit the jackpot.

All in all my first play through with luck of 4 has the same amount of caps after breaking all the joints with black jack + my helper card. :*( I thought I would be rollin in the caps this run.

With a luck of 7 + 2 from bonuses I cleaned every casino, except Sierra Madre.
Ultra Luxe cleaning with Black Jack just takes common sense.
