So I was discussing this idea with a friend of mine about a Fallout Halloween. It would be something that the developers would implement where all of the Wastelanders would wear a costume.
Maybe even a quest involving ghouls or something. Shoot maybe even a mod?

Make a mod where everyone in the Mojave Desert wears a costume/mask!

...maybe some sort of tracker that, when it sees that it's halloween from your computers date, gives everything a halloween feel?
Maybe it would only happen if you had the Wild Wasteland trait.

Yea maybe, just something with the Halloween feel. Maybe even a witch that flies around and you can snipe her down...

Speaking of Wild Wasteland... seriously not enough cool stuff, and not cool enough by far. Wild Wasteland Halloween (or Christmas, or other holidays for that matter) is a great idea.
