NPC monster AI

A lot of talk has been centered around the "Human" NPC's that wander around the world.

I was wondering what improvements have been made to the "beast" NPC's not the animals, I've read those posts too.

My question is directed towards those NPC's in dungeons, I.E. The skeletons, trolls, spiders, that hang out there.
In my OB adventures I had one character with full chameleon armor, and when in the dungeons the forementioned members of The Elder Scrolls beastiary, just sit there. I was hoping, lets say the skeletons for example, do more then just walk around. Id like to come up on one sharpening a blade, or maybe even some undead card games? Who knows?

some animals will travel in packs and giants will be around mammoths
