i cant find this guy :brokencomputer:

i hacked the terminal by the freezer, opened the door and hes not there. i searched the whole ultra-luxe and wiped out the whole white glove and there are still no clues to finding him

when i started the quest i refused to let the guy take my weapons when i entered the ultra luxe and killed Heck and his bodyguard.. nothing. my qquest data says "Heck's dead. Take care of Ted Gunderson" but it takes me to walter phebus with no dialogue option related to ted WTF :swear:

Did you check the other freezer?

in the room right next to it with the unlocked terminal? he wasnt in there either

From what I remember there are two locked storage areas with terminals.

i looked on youtube i went into the same exact room as the guy did but he wont appear for me..

If you're on PC, use console command player.moveto with his ID and it'll take you to him. If you're not, sorry, I got nuthin' else.

I'm confused. Heck gives you the quest. If you killed Heck you can't start the quest and Ted probably didn't even spawn in the freezer.

The only other way into this quest
How many other people did you kill? There may not be enough left to support the quest. This game is pretty free-form but there are limits.

Im doing Pheeble Will which says go kill Ted but was given to me by Walter. I started beyond the beef by accident so i killed Heck on the spot so i failed. but Pheeble Will is still active so Ted must be somewhere

btw im on xbox 360

and i was forced to kill everyone because they all started attacking me including Mortimer. the only people alive in the Luxe are the gamblers

Pheeble Will is designed to make Heck look guilty.

Just go back to Walter and tell him Heck's dead.

Then odds are you broke the quest.

I believe that Pheobus' wife has a part in this quest. Talk to her.

she only says goodbye to me. i guess showler is right that i broke the quest somehow
