Realistic Actions and Reactions?

To what extent have the modified this? I know they fixed the whole 'Oh hey, You're face is now a pincushion but you're still flailing your sword at my face, Stop' issue. But i mean, Can i still shoot someone in the leg with an arrow and they can still sprint like kenyans towards me? Or is there a limb damage system like fallout in place where we can get them down to a limp? Also, If i pick up a bottle and throw it at someone, Will they now notice that i just threw a bottle at them or will the just stand there talking about that mudcrap they killed last week to the walls? Stuff like that.

Also, I wonder if guards still have super-human hearing and can hear someone screaming from the 2nd floor of an empty building behind locked doors?

Is that confirmed because I haven't heard anything like that so far.

I have. We'll get limb damage and gore, but not the same as Fallout.

I also think the guards will be a little more "Average" this time around, and not - Picks up crumpled piece of paper with 0 value - - 12 angry Imperial Guards run towards you from seemingly nowhere - :shakehead:

 that made me chuckle, but yeah i think theyve improved enemies reactions to damage, you can see it in the trailer i believe when the dragon gets smacked across the face.
