NPC Deaths and "Town Resident"

In Fallout 3 and Oblivion, we pretty much only see the deaths of NPCs either in a quest, or random event. Or if you kill them. Here is a small list of things I think would be cool:

- NPCs have arguments and scrap it out (yeah scripted but can also be random event)
- NPCs randomly die (not important quest people) from say a fever or attacked by an animal. A few days later we would see someone digging in the graveyard, or just patting down the last bit of earth after burying the body (we will never see it the person only comes into existance when we get close). Their house or bed would then be empty forever, unless of course is replaced by another "Town Resident", which comes to my next point.

I dislike the names like "Megaton Settler" popping up when you walk in front of someone. Id rather it never pops up, because in my opinion I think its silly. Yeah, you dont have to say "NPCs are there the same reason junk is in the game", because ive just said it here for you.

Thats another thing, if there is some hardcoe mode or something, id love there to be an option, i repeat, OPTION, to turn off all words that come on the screen. Even when you put your center screen thingy over it, nothing will come up. It would be your own responsibility to remember what items are and decide whether or not you want to pick it up. This is like the holy grail in indiana jones. That evil lady picked up the shiniest cup she saw, and it turned out to be a fake/worthless. Indiana however picked up the most unexpected looking one, and it turned out to be the grail. In the game, it would be your own choice. If you pick up something colourful and shiny next to a piece of junk, and it turns out to be worthless, then thats your own fault for liking shiny things. THE JUNK COULD BE THE GRAIL! Crisscross!!
