Can some experienced PC gamers tell me what graphics card will allow me to play Skyrim on max settings with graphics mods? Also what other specs will be required to run Skyrim? Is it true that the specs required to run Oblivion are the same as the specs required to run Skyrim? Will I need two graphics cards?

Any recent high-end card would do for sure, but we don't really know as the game requirements hasn't been released.

We don't know.

We don't know, but most likely not true.

State the specs of the PC you are going to play Skyrim on.

It depends on the mods and how well they, as well as the game, are optimized for PC hardware.

As for the vanilla game; dual core+ cpu, 550W+ psu, 4GB+ of DDR3 RAM, a mid range+ card, and a compatible motherboard will do wonders.
