Yes, Dragonborn in the teaser trailer is wearing an ancient set of Akaviri/Blade armor.

I fully expect a full set or armour, a shield, a katana, and some cool unique books. Walking up 7000 steps just to told you are Dragonborn sounds like a lot of effort for little reward.
