So bottom line for me? I've done more for then NCR than freaking president Kimball and the NCR never allows me to use the emergency radio which I really am looking forward to using. It seems to me as though the NCR has trust issues....Can anybody help me get my rep high enough so I can use their seemingly awesome radio?
