i didnt think i would see them until the end, then i found this place called Camp Golf

i would try and steal it but i cant find it anywhere and im with the NCR so i cant kill them because i would get infamy

The NCR safe house, speak to Htsu at Camp McCarren, if your liked you should get the key.
The armor will be sitting on a shelf.

And NCR Power armor.

I went to Camp McCarren and searched everywhere and i could not find colonol hsu or the safe house

Enter the doors on the left side of the terminal building, his office is on the ground floor to the left
There you will find James Hsu sorry for miss spelling his name.
He'll give you the key and mark the location on your map.

You can do a hidden sneak-crit headshot with a silenced weapon to kill an NCR Ranger and steal the badass armor without losing favor with the NCR... think you lose a bit of karma though. Just save before you try it, and if it doesnt work out, re-load.

You only lose Karma and gain infamy if somebody sees you or something else in special cases.
Don't plan on being able to kill any of them even with sneak criticals if you're playing on Very Hard difficulty. Even if you're right behind them and in VATS with a 95% head accuracy.

It's probably possible with psycho and a number of criticals if you're lucky.

killing is bad.

I guess it depends on how badly you want that particular armor :whistling:
