I looked through pete's tweets going back to january and didnt find anything like the quotes you listed. perhaps he deleted them.

As much as I wouldn't mind seeing one armor, I think that would kill the series in general.

thats the fallout series, they have always done that, ES are always different sets
and fallout did have like 16 different armor slots
