I first played Oblivion, then Morrowind and finally Daggerfall. Didn't beat the last two (in that order).

I first heard about Skyrim being the most likely choice for TES V when I heard of a legal dispute between Bethesda and some telecom company fighting over the trademark rights to the name Skyrim.

I saw it when I logged onto the forums one day and saw this subsection. It would suffice to say, mind = blown. :P

Someone posted a thread on the Fallout forums that Skyrim was confirmed.
If some hadn't then I wouldn't have known of it until maybe a couple of weeks after release date.

I looked to the heavens and saw the Great Letters TES, and so I searched and I found it, the Great and Wonderful Skyrim.

Nah, but seriously my brother showed me the trailer (We're great fans of TES)
:tes:

I started with Morrowind, then Oblivion and then downloaded Arena and Daggerfall when they became free

My friend at school told me about the Skyrim trailer, and the website. I though he was lying. I was wrong. xD

I first started with Oblivion in 2005, and I think i've totalled atleast 500+ hours on it. On Xbox alone. Another 200+ hours is on PC... Since then i've just immersed myself in the world and lore of the TESiverse.

I've started with Morrowind in 2005 and I love it to this day. Then I bought Oblivion in december 2006, and I liked it, not as much as it's predecessor, but still. On december 11 I've opened polish gaming and store site, and saw "Elder Scrolls V announced". I was so excited, I watched the teaser few times, opened some forums. I hope that TESV will be another great game in the series.

Q: How did I hear of Skyrim?
A: A voice in my dreams in 2009 shortly after finishing Oblivion... LOL...

I play every Elder Scrolls since 2002:

1. Morrowind + Trib + BM + 256 mods (2002-2007)
2. Oblivion + S.I. + 85 mods (2006-2009)
3. Arena (I play just a couple of months)
4. Daggerfall (I play just a couple of months also)

:tes: Always in my mind

I don't know how many hours of Morrowind I played. It was the only game I played for over a year though. It damn near killed my xbox running that thing. Went through Tribunal and Bloodmoon, loving every minute of it. Ended up getting Oblivion about a year after it was released since I didn't get a 360 until that time. Played it, not as extensively, but put maybe 100 hours into it over a long period of time. Shivering Isles really brought me back into it, I only recently got it. What a great expansion.

Heard about Skyrim from my friend who writes for an xbox 360 arcade website.

Here. It was 4 am in Ireland at the time, stayed up for the VGAs but the live streaming was messed up so I came here instead. Was one one of the first people in the Skyrim forum.
