Hi, just wondering if there is any way to access the shop inventories for traders.

I'm not sure I understand. You click on them, view their goods, buy their stuff?

...if you mean, can you steal their store inventory ala pickpocketing...I don't think so. I believe things like shop/trader inventories are separate things and can't be 'stolen'.

Yup.. even killing them and trying to loot their bodies won't work.. or at least never has for me..

Hmm, sorry I was a bit vague.

What I mean is that is there a way to access the traders inventories throught the console, ala like a container, so you can take what you please. :liplick:

No, none that I've found anyway.

The merchants stock can also be based on items laying around their shop however.
So some items that you may like to get can be stolen, usually not the good ones however.

Just use the console to put whatever you want into your own inventory. I don't understand why a merchant is needed at all.
