***Fallout New Vegas Builds***

I just got FNV and i was wondering does anyone have good builds? (Stats,Perks,etc.)

Im personally looking for a rush build, a sniper build, a hardcoe build, and a big guns build.

big guns and sniper is rolled into Guns.. and all EW are rolled in Energy
