So my first play through stuffed up because I hit Vault 11 before Mr House and I started a new character.
She tends to shoot anyone shooting at her or people that look at her funny or to test a new rifle, you get the idea.

So a few Legion have fallen to her, (Hit squads and villified) does this mean I cannot side with them later?

what did you do to get ceasear to sent a hitsquad after you?

If you incur casears wrath you wont be able to do missions for the legion, ever!

I tested out my new sniper rifle on the closest town, just happened to be the Cottonwood Cove.
Only killed 4 or 5 then the hit team I killed that.

What if I start killing NCR, will the balance swing back closer to neutral?

Ive also heard of another way to kill everyone in cottonwood cove

theres supposedly a truck up the road thats carrying rad barrels and if you unlock the truck door the barrels come tumbling towards the camp wiping all legion forces out. which ironicly would be payback for camp searchlight lol.

Hmmmm still plenty of guys left in Cottonwood and if Ceasar really won't deal with me hes signed his death warrant.

If you tell casear you refuse to work with him, no matter what rep with legion he'll have you killed on the spot.

In a ideal world this sniper would not get to within a half mile of him before his head explodes but I am sure I will be railroaded into a face to face.
