Going by the images I see at nexus, 95% of all PC's are female. Taking them out would be very bad indeed.

I can't believe there are people who feel the need to ask these kind of questions... it just baffles me...

Going by every poll on the subject, 75% of players play as male characters.

I don't see why people even ask this question. You've been able to pick gender in EVERY TES game (except Redguard, but that was an adventure game where you couldn't create your own character.)

The mage player character who casts an AOE fire blast against a gang of Draugrs, the hunter player character who stalks the deer/elk on a fall forest in the trailer. Those are females, I believe. One of the dev members even confirmed that there were indeed are female main character in the trailer (though which one, he didn't specified).

Hey just wondering, cuz i didn't see any girl mains in any of the previews... so will you be able to make a girl main again?

This time around you won't be able to pick ANYTHING. Not your gender, not your race, not even your skills. Everythingabout your character will be completely randomly generated.

I'm assuming that this person is new to the series, which is fine. Not everybody on these boards are TES veterans guys, so let's try to remember that some aren't as familiar with the series as we are.

Giving that benefit of the doubt, I would say that it's a pretty safe assumption that there will be female player characters in the game. TES has historically done this and they don't seem like the sort of series to flat out remove a feature like this.

I'll go a head and say of course you can.
But at least 2 times in the past when I was dismissing people who were obviously wrong, I ended up being proven wrong in the end.

But I can't be wrong about everything, 3rd time is the charm!

Edit: Its my reminder that even the most obvious details that are be assumed are subject to change.

Don't worry so much about it doll, I was also curious why the player wasn't female at all, but you CAN be a female, Todd even said it himself :) Dont worry. I also was confused for HOW their are gonna be female shouts for Dragons. . Because i've only heard the male version of shouting. . But im sure it will all be in the game :).

If that's true then that's sad, since I can't tell the difference.

One of my favourite things about this series is the ability to create your character and the general amount of options there are. That will never change with the main games in the TES series. The spin off games are the only ones that may not allow it. (here's hoping :whistling: ).

This, really. Why do people have to ask about that all the time, has there been an Elder Scrolls game in which you weren't able to play as a female person?
