So far I've got good reputation with the NCR but vilified with Caesar (thanks to Boone.) If I had good reputation with Caesar, what would I get?

Don't worry - trust me, you want NCR on your side. Otherwise a lot of quests will become unreachable and residents of the many NCR outposts throughout the Mojave Wasteland will be instantly hostile. imo.
