Looking at my Prima players guide, it appears that the dialog options for these two perks relate to flirting with a member of the same six. I guess that makes sense and I applaud Obsidian for adding this to the game if that's the case, but I took Confirmed Bachalor for the extra 10% damage to males characters seeing how there are many more of them n the wasteland. From what I have seen, there are hardly any times that the Lady Killer perk comes into play. I enjoyed Lady Killer in Fallout 3. I guess Obsidian wanted to emphasize speech challenges over taking one or both perks that could "bypass" these challenges and this skill.

I chose both perks, but the only times I have seen this pop up as a dialogue option (about twice at lvl 16ish) there was an accompanying speech check for the same outcome. So far I haven't seen it give me any unique options, so I doubt I'll ever pick these again. Probably only useful if you have low speech skills.
