When I walk around(ncr playthrough) I keep hearing about rangers coming from baja(cali?) or something... I finished the game but never saw them, are they in the game? side quest i didnt see maybe?

Baja is the peninsula south of California. Not sure if they ever actually appear, just for background like talk of Caesar's elite coming from Arizona.

They is currently Ranger activity in the Baja Peninsula in what was once Mexico. I can only assume the NCR took it over. This is only a guess but I thought that the Rangers dressed in the armor on the box art were the Rangers from Baja. :shrug:

speaking of which I havent seen those rangers either...
