Mister trigger happy Boone thought that it would be funny to start with someone in the Tops Casino. Then all the Chairman started shooting at us. Now they fire on me every time that I set foot in the place. I'd like to do the quest for the guy in the back looking for talent. He isn't dead, I just don't know how to make them non-hostile.

I was going to, but it was almost 10 game play hours from when it happened till I found out about the quest.

On the console you only have one chance, and it may not work. Leave the cell (normally that means the building, but to be safe leave the strip) for over 72 hours—3 game days. They may reset. I don't recall the Chairmen having a separate Faction Relationship Rating, but check your stats.

I believe all of the Strip is lumped into the one relationship.
