Ok i apologize for bothering with this but i have been looking and looking for this guy, i cant find him, hes on black mountain i was told, im just curious do i have to do some quest to get to him?

He's in a building on top of the mountain, you need to open a locked door to get into the room he's being held.
You can either hack the computer, kill Tabitha and take her key, or use the computer next to the other one, read all entries, then unlock the door through the "other" computer.

Raul is not growing on me. He doesn't even help to repair my stuff. Just keep whining that he needs his darn workbench to repair things.

You only have to read the computer entry that has the password or whatever it is. You don't have to read them all.

I love Raul's gunfight capabilities, and he has a decent history/story, but his personality is a bit dry for my tastes. Not that he can't be pretty funny at times, tho.
