raul is missing

OK, so i go up to black mountain and got Raul. Raul and i run around for a while and for some reason i cant remember i sent him on his way. now i got the room at the lucky 38 and I'm trying to round up everyone and Raul is not at black mountain or the room. Does anybody have a clue to home to find him or what every. Somebody Please Help!
