if youve ever wondered why you cant hit that targets face so many times when your sights were dead on every time. Heres what you need to find out 1st.
you need to check the alignment of each gun you use (iron sights, not scopes)
to do so
1st: switch to 3rd person view
2nd: while in 3rd person aim your gun (right mouse click on pc dont know what it is on consoles)
3rd, while still holding down your sights switch back to 1st person view. If done right your normal crosshairs should be pointing exactly where your bullets are going, and you can see the alignment of where your gun is pointing at the time.

The devs have decided, for some [censored] reason, to bring the sights to the center of the screen rather than making the point of aim being a specific point on the sights. So no matter how much you compensate for a weapons sway it wont make a difference since the point of focus needs to be dead center of the screen (only applies to weapons with iron sights.
So this forces a player to do 3 things
1. Never use sights and use vats
2. switch true sights to "off"
3. always using weapons with scopes
Ill be waiting for the devs reply to tell me that they will get to it whenever they care.
