Hi,
I′ve got the following problem:
I've found the two dead palladins near Moe and Black mountain. With their holodisc, I was able to enter the secret BoS bunker at the hidden valley. First time I entered, all my gear was removed from me. I was assigned to get rid from the NCR ranger as the first mission from the elder which I did. Now I already received the second mission from the elder (find the holodiscs from the lost patrols) but I haven't received any of my gear back. I also talked to Ramos and anyone else I can find in the bunker, but my gear is lost. I have literally nothing, no money, no weapons, no clothing.
Is this a bug or how can I get my gear back?

you get told your gear is in the crate on the right as you go back out the door to get rid of the ranger

Pretty sure you gear is in the crate by the door you enter through. It's one of the long silver and black ones.
