What the hell must i do to trigger the NCR ranger?

Apparently, if you piss off the NCR one of their rangers will approach you with a threat saying to improve relations with them in less then 3days or theyll come after you,

Im not afraid of them and i welcome the challenge, so my question being: what must i do to get the NCR ranger to warn me of my impending demise?

I just killed those NCR guys at Primm and shortly after the rangers came after me.
But they only come once, after I killed them they didn't come after me no more.

I did that aswell

Killed all NCR camped outside of primm even the commander and no ncr ranger

is it possible theyre afraid of me? I mean i am pretty badass but come on! you got an army backing you up send some boys to take this crazy mofo out!

btw do the rangers that were sent after you garbriel, track you down no matter where you are in the mojave? and im sure theyll return same as legion assassins.

Yeah I think so.
They track you down three times.
First they give off a warning to stop doing [censored] and help the NCR.
Then they remind you.
Then they kill you.

So I think they follow you everywhere.
What armor do you have?
Maybe they aren't coming after you because you have a certain factions armor equipped.

Ill do better then that man ill give you the full deats

Im playing on very easy mode
Im wearing no faction clothing just a labcoat
Im villified by the NCR so theyll shoot on sight
ive wiped out their leadership, killed ambassador crocker and caused them to lose camp fornlorn hope
Im halfway through the story working with CL and have idolised rank with them

so i dont see why i should have any problem, getting the NCR rangers after me. Im a menace to their socieity lol

Maybe they did come after you but a radscorpion thought it was his fast-food being delivered to him so he ate 'em. :laugh:
Seriously though, maybe they got killed by an enemy critter before they had the chance to speak with you.

help the powder gang and kill a few of them, or Legionnaires

Perhaps you need a certain level before the Rangers come after you.
