I have hardly any ammo or caps and have radiation poisoning due to an unsuccessfull trip into vault 34. I cant get any rad x or radaway in the clinic in vault 34 because its locked and I dont have a high enough lock pick skill so Ive tried to get some rad away from ranger station echo but I get shot by the NCR even though Im dressed as an NCR trooper.

Might just be easier to go to new vegas medical, or back to goodsprings and see the Doc(sell some gear to chet for the caps)

Dude the NCR people that are shooting at you are probably gaurds.. I don't think any one read the faction armor section when it pops up for the first time. Faction armor blends you into that faction EXCEPT for guards... So the guards are usually indicated as a red mark on your little tracker thingy for people. So I'd just try and do a stealth kill of the guards then you might be ok? Or yea you could go back to GoodSprings and do it up there as well.

Lie down and admit defeat while the radio softly plays and fizzles out hopefully before "Johnny Guitar" starts playing.

so yea... avoid them... like the plague.

oh, and if you have access to the folowers of the apocalypse, they sometimes have rad away too.
and if that doesnt work, try that doctor person for some rad away.

if that doesnt work... well then you on those types of days where rad away is devoid from the area.

most of the docs will buy stuff so you won't have to make an extra trip to raise caps for medical stuff.

There's a doctor in Novac, which is closer than Goodsprings.

RadAway only costs about 30 caps. It costs 100 for a doc to cure you. So buy the RadAway unless it will take 4 or more of them to do it. The doc in Novac normally has RadAway, just don't have her fix your rad poisoning.
