Early Copy? : V

Anyone here going to be receiving an early copy of Skyrim? I have a friend who works at GameStop and he told me that he'll hook me up when the shipment arrives. Hopefully it arrives like a week early...unlikely though. Maybe a couple days. :celebration:

I work at a retail store and we got our Hunted shipment this past Tuesday a week before its release. Hopefully same thing happens with Skyrim.

I got it as well. There's plenty of dragons IMO, but it needs more cowbell. And cliffracers. They're not as common as they were in Morrowind. A bit dissapointing.

Even if someone has the game early, since Skyrim is using Steam like New Vegas, wouldn't that prevent someone from activating and playing the game before the intended release date?

That's one of the benefits of console gaming. If someone breaks the street date it's not your fault, it's the retailers.
