When your Unarmed skill is high enough, you can do Uppercuts, Crosses and Stomps in VATS. Can we do it outside VATS as well? I would love to Stomp on a Super Mutant or Deathclaw after sending them flying with Super Slam outside VATS

I sometimes sees the hints messages during loadup screens that says you can do it outside VATS, but haven't manage it so far. I play on the XBOX 360, so I experimented a bit. I found that before my character learned the Khan Trick, doing a Power Attack (holding down RT) and moving LEFT or RIGHT at the same time outside VATS seems like a Cross. No idea how to do a Uppercut or Stomp though.

Also, after learning the 4 Special Moves: Ranger Takedown, Legion Assault, Scribe Counter & Khan Trick - is it possible to do these moves in VATS. Seems they can only be done outside VATS.
