So i have over 110 hours played on Fallout New Vegas. I went around and did nearly every possible quest aside from the main storyline. So i go to Lucky 38 to talk to house for the first time and when i enter the building, the guards attack. So i started thinking to myself what could be the cause of this. Being that i explored almost every location in the game to get every unique weapon and skill book i thought about the one other location that has the same computer message as the computer in the penthouse of Lucky 38. The only possible conclusion that i came up with was that at "House Resort" aka Camp Golf there is a computer in there that has a security override. like a lot of players i clicked this thing over 50 hours of game play ago thinking that it had something to do with the actual building but i think somehow you linked the coding for this along with the computer in the lucky 38 since they have the same result. When you do the security override in the Lucky 38 the guards attack you so I am thinking this is the only possible cause of this happening. Now what to do as a result of this happening i have no clue but a patch to reset the aggression from the securitrons on peoples saves I'm not sure is possible but it would be nice. Otherwise i just wasted 102 Dollars on the Collectors edition of the game and collectors edition guide. Please try to look into this, And also if anyone else had the same issue, try to remember if you did this as well and post so we can try and get the devs to fix this. Or maybe you visited Vault 11.

well you got a 110 hours for a 102 bucks.... so technically you got a 1 hour a buck or so.. better than cod for 4 hours to 60 dollars.

edit: also sorry man i dunno what to say...save before you go inside and kill all the robots anyways and tr yot see if you can still talk to mr house.

Lol i see what your saying but it is discouraging to know i cant actually do the main quest line since its messed up. and yes i did visit vault 11. Really hope that is not what caused this. Anyone know if there is a work around for fixing this.

So i found a work around for the guards using the console command setally. the guards dont attack me anymore but, house will not talk to me. anyone know a work around for this lol.
