Well so far the only thing I need to find are the HEPA 20 Cartridge Filters and I can't find them! I got so annoyed at this that I looked at the wiki walkthrough and I don't see a locker any where! It says its where you find Keely but I found her in the cave and their where no lockers their and in the wiki it also said it would be in the room where you rescue keely sooo Im confused.I have checked all of the second floor where it says it should be so I was just wondering if someone could help me out on this or tell me if I did something wrong.
I aldo can't give the elder the pulse rifle (or it is a pistol?) why?It says give it to him on a different quest which name I can't rememer.

Ok,
Take the stairs or elevator down to the common area,
then locate a bedroom on the lower floor that has a Brute, Carrier, and Runt.
In the bedroom there's a keycard, take it.
Open the door to Food Production.
Take the first right, folloing the tunnel up and around to the left and then the right.
This ends at a door to Oxygen Recycling.
Follow another section of tunnel.
This ends in a lab and in the NE corner is a locker with the filters in it.

I found those darn filters so thanks I DO NOT KNOW!!! Now I just have to do the black mountain thing and hopefully I can then get power armour training haha
