I am at the 1.2.0.314 patch.

I'm in Primm. I entered the Bison hotel (the roller coaster one) and managed to kill everyone on the first floor, before finding Deputy Beagle. When I freed him, I told him he should stay with me. However, he said I could take care of things myself and that I should meet him outside when I was done. I proceeded to the second floor and started killing people. However, I had to leave due to being low on health. When I left the hotel, I couldn't find the Deputy anywhere, not even in his house or the sheriff's house. Where am I supposed to find him?

I finally managed to find him. He is in the Vikki & Vance Casino. I'm not sure if I had to first go in and talk to the people in there. I hadn't been in there before, and they had text pertaining to him being captured. I may have also had to leave and reenter once I was done talking to them.
