Where can i get stealthboys?

Go to the REPCONN test site. You can pick up 5 or 6 of them off of the Nightkin.

Make sure you make a completely separate save file before you go there though- to avoid the ongoing issue where that appears to be one of the areas that can (but not usually) introduce malformed data that will corrupt all subsequent saves for that session.
