I cant finish companion quest with varonica i take pulse gun but she wont say any thing just whats up and quest still active but never goes any farther.

I thought the new patch fixed quests

I think that the patch takes effect when you start a new game because if your saved game was already bugged before you downloaded the the patch, then nothing can un-bug it.

Yea i have 3 quests that I am unable to complete. They are "Bye bye love," "ED-E my love," & whatever that quest is called with Cass. BTW how do you start that quest with Veronica?
You need to travel with here. She will talk more and more to you and ask you questions and opinions on brother hood.
Eventually asking you to quest with her to brother hood base.
