Hi all, hoover dam, inside the legionaires camp.....
How the hell do you finish off the big legion gaurd with the sword? no stimpaks, ammo. just incinerator.

Last save point just before i blew up the BOS camp.. any help would be appreciated

If you have 100 speech, just talk it out. If not, better hope you're skilled at fighting.

Spoilers.

Either talk him down.

Leap onto the rocks for height, and flame him at distance.

Turn the difficulty down and try.
Load the auto save, pick up a legionaires weapon and ammo.

If none work, reload at the BoS.

You already had your in-game warning that this was the end-game and you couldn't go back. And you can't. You must go back to a save before Hoover Dam and your orders from Oliver.

well that answers it.

"Kite" him using the terrain. Sure its metagaming to exploit bad pathing, but it works in a tight spot.
