So what would happen if i were to kill Caesar before the end of the main story mode, does this interfere at all?

It has no effect on things really besides adding a couple comments from people and a tiny news blurb on RNV.

I thought you couldnt get to caeser until the end of the game?

After you deal with Benny at the Tops either killing him or he escapes as part of the Main Quest mission "Ring-a-Ding Ding!" you'll be invited to see Caesar at his camp The Fort. You'll be given assurance of safe passage thru Legion territory and forgiveness of past sins vs The Legion. Travel to Cottonwood Cove and you can take a raft up the Colorado River to The Fort to meet with Caesar himself.

Yup....you can rush to Vegas, deal with Benny, and then go wipe the floor with Caesar & his guards, if you can. I love doing Fortification Hill. Too much fun + those guards can actually be a challenge on Very Hard, if you don't sneak (if you sneak it's easy - but still fun tho of course).

What happens if you have wiped out everyone in Cottonwood Cove? I released the truckload of radioactive barrels on Cottonwood Cove and can't activate the raft now.

I wiped out all the Cottonwood Cove inhabitants and jumped on the raft and activated it myself, got to Fortification Hill and back no problems. i don't imagine that the radiation renders the raft inoperable, but with this game, who knows for sure? :whistling:

The radiation will not stop the raft from working. In one game where I wiped out the area with the truck, Cursor Lucullus even lived through it all and stood at his post in a radiation suit, still offering transport and complaining out loud "I warned them to do something about that truck."

In one playthrew I sniped off all cottenwood cove then went to the fort myself that was fun I actually had to put on legion cloths and use stealth boy to kill um all another playthrew I just walked right in and pick pocket c and put a grenade in his pocket but you better run that pisses his gaurds off an there tough basterds but fun
