Are you on hard core mode?

If not one of these ways.
Go to the pip boy menu, look for the status screen.
Move over the injured limb and click on it, this will use a stimpack to heal the limb.

Head to the nearest bed and click rest 1 hour.

Go into your inventory and take hydra from the Aid / food menu if you have any.

On hardcoe you can.

Take Hydra.

Use a doctors bag just like a stimpack.

Otherwise drop some loot into a container, sell the rest in Primm.
Then FT to Doc Mitchel in goodsprings, get healed.
Go back to retrive your loot.

I'd use the Mojave Express dropbox thingy in the Mojave Express building/Nash residence and send at least some of your stuff to the drop box outside Goodsprings General Store. Then fast travel to Goodsprings, pick up all your stuff, go into the General Store sell it all and then go see Doc Mitchell to get patched up.

Use the dropbox thing to send enough of your stuff so you are no longer encumbered to Goodsprings then you will be able to fast travel again. Then pick it up again at the dropbox thing outside the general store in Goodsprings.

Once you off-load stuff into the Dropbox you are no longer encumbered. Get it?

Sweet! Now I have learned something new. When I want to go to Primm from Novac to craft campfire stuff, I can now put ingredients in the express box in Novac and get them in Primm.

For campfire and related recipes have a look at:

Also worth reading is:

The survival skill and campfires are great if you are playing on hardcoe mode. Gecko kebabs nomnomnom.

You can heal crippled limbs yourself by using a Doctor's Bag. Have a Doctor's Bag in your inventory, go to your Pip-Boy, to the display of your limbs' health, and it should give you the option of fixing the broken limb. If you're not playing on hardcoe, Stimpaks can heal broken limbs too.

Just one other note on crafting. You can make better items than you can find or buy.

As an example: no vendor sells, nor can you find Maximum Charge ammo.
