Classic Inspiration quest?

Is this quest working OK for most people, or are many of you getting the bugs the wiki mentions here?

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Classic_Inspiration

Wiki entry: "Sometimes, completing this quest will corrupt your save file, causing future saves to crash the game on the PC. The only way around this is to reload a save before the end of the quest."

The reason I ask is that I'm thinking about making this quest a prerequisite of a stage in a quest I'm making. If there are significant bugs in it like the corrupt save issue I won't do it. I just started to research this and just read about these issues. I'll certainly start doing my own testing tonight, but definitely wanted to see what others were experiencing.

I can't speak for everyone, but I myself have never experienced a single bug with this quest.

I'm on PC, I have done the quest once.
No more crashes than normal, as in very few only caused by other issues.

However having only done this quest once, it does not mean the problem does not exist.

Make a clean save first to be sure.

I have completed the quest 5 or 6 times, with no visible increase in crashes or corrupted saves.

I have done this quest several times. Easiest way to get caps and experience by going to places you have probably already gone to.

I always do the quest from start to finish, and I don't fold it into other quests.

The only thing is one time I hot keyed the camera. Deathclaws are not amused when you take a picture of them.

Thinking about it a bit, the only real bug to this quest is after completion, you are stuck with the camera in your inventory forever. He does not take it back, and it is still flagged as a quest item, so you will never be able to sell or store it. Thankfully it has no weight, but it's just more menu clutter at that point.

The only prob I recall having was getting the quest to actually trigger. For some odd reason, it never appeared as a dialogue option the first few times I spoke to Michael. Afterwards, I simply used a http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36919 to drop the camera.

LMAO. They don't strike a pose? Boone doesn't like the camera either.

To the OP: I've done this quest several times on PC with no problems. I do incorporate it with other quests and take the photos as I'm traveling around. Good luck. :)
