just wondering where i can find a shovel and xander root have looked all over and cant find the shovel and the xander root is har to locate wondering if anyone can help me out.

Lots of Xander Root south of goodsprings on the way to Primm.
And you can buy a shovel at Chet in Goodsprings. (General store)

Xander Root is very camouflaged though, it's very easy to miss it.
Look for a bunch of holes in the ground (Or maybe it was browngreenish plants..), there should be 1 to 3 Xander Root around the holes.

There's a free shovel leaning against one of the goodsprings water troughs (goodsprings source?). A little hard to see, easy to miss. It's also in full repair, vs. the one you buy from Chet, iirc.

the roots are near the school house in goodspring, near the tree.
