Frost Trolls

You can do scale Bethesda, proof is in the size of the dragons. Very lacking in the whole "towering fear" factor based upon the concept art.

Needs to be more "meaty" or something.

When I think of trolls, I don't think of giants. I think they're fine the way they are. Maybe have a couple big boss trolls, but that's it.

Make them vary in size, from little to huge - it doesn't matter. It will contribute to the immersion and the nature of Skyrim will feel so much more realistic. But yeah, I voted for 'Make 'em Bigger', because trolls are essensially made to be huge and they should be huge in this game... and hard to kill... and rewarding loot.

But by that logic, there would be such things like little lions and big lions. Real animals don't really have much size variance among the same species. I mean, it could be slightly bigger, but you couldn't have a "realistic" variance between 5-foot and 18-foot trolls. If there are things that are that big, it'd be because of some freakish mutation. I'm still unable to get over the difference between Fallout 3's normal super mutants and the super mutant behemoth.

"Bigger" is what Ogres are for, and Giants beyond that. The Trolls are fine they way they are.

Agreed, i have always though of trolls as being very ferocious and feared creatures however that was definitely not the case in OB, the Troll in the concept art picture looks a lot bigger than the one in the screenshot and i would love to see them that big in the game, however the troll in the screeny looks pretty awesome to and definitely a massive improvement over Oblivions trolls.

I Have to agree with Sebastian the trolls should be hard to kill and have very rewarding loot.
