Oh wow, well, I'd suggest you start with Morrowind, as Daggerfall was great for its time, nowadays it wouldn't attract many people, even most of the community who has already played it, it's too old.

Morrowind is a bit tough to play, so I'd suggest you go through the main quest just to get the bigger picture of the epicness that is The Elder Scrolls. Afterwards you can play Oblivion which is more of a breeze, Morrowind's a heavy game and a dark one as well, while Oblivion feels more cartoony...
