So I finally just realized that am no longer given Caesars Favor Quest. I went to the drop location and it was full so I looted it. I Went away for a bit and waited 3-4 days and went back. Nothing was there. I tried waiting at cottonwood cove for 2 weeks but noone showed up or nothing happened. What should I do? Is there a fix? Thanks in advance!

This is an unmarked quest so it won't be in your log.

You cannot wait at Cottonwood Cove. You must leave the cell for three days for it to reset. You will never 'see' anyone going to refill the cache.

You must have a favorable reputation with the Legion for it to work.

Ah, stupid cells! It works now. I got the quest twice but then after that it stopped. So why is it labeled as unmarked?

It's unmarked cause it's not an official quest, it's like many of the NCR quests (the food ones), the deathclaws in Sloan is also an unmarked quest. The game has lots of them.
