Did a quest or two for this npc and his sister, am told to see him for the next quest in the chain. But he is no where to be found! Although the "pointer" indicates he is in the bldg he is not. Can anyone tell me where he is? Or have I encountered another bug?

If he is not in the Silver Rush or by the counter with the energy weapons on it, then its a bug.

save the game and do a reload. or save the game and turn of the computer to clear out ram. go away from there and come back in five days, this should reset the building. smetimes ding these things works on minor glitches.

Ok, thanks-will try these ideas. But have already been some days between visits and there still is no difference. So I guess we'll see.
