I was just wondering because i finished every possible quest on the strip and i was wondering if i can get fame by doing something else quest unrelated. And i want to know if i can get the APCs in the tops not to shoot me on sight? Because i raided the tops at one point in the beginning of the game and they are still mad at me

If you upset the people at the Tops there's not much you can do.

Not much you can do at that point. If you want to get the Tops people to not kill you so you can bet there, you need to kill all the security guys, then you can play.

You may have to find the cashier though. She unlocks the door to her booth and runs around when the gunfire starts. She can be a pain to find. If you killed her, you're outta luck.

Edit: Oh, and I think selling Vault suits to Sarah raises your rep. I think....

Yeah, help out the vault girl and her brother (the neon artist); that will help.

If you do things right, you can also have six with the Vault 21 chick.

I wonder what Sheldon thought when he developed the pictures in the camera and found the pics of his sister sleeping off the vigorous workout she had just gotten. I also got some nice pics of Caesar and his retinue....both alive and posing with Boone and ED-E after we killed them.
