I was just wondering if there was a way to drain the water in vault 11?
I am doing the still in the dark mission, and wasn't sure or do i need a underwater mask? I know about the rebreather in nellis but, jack was upset with me, so i finally killed him, grrrr!!

No you cant, but the locker isnt under water itself. Also, if you killed Jack, you cant get the Rebreather, sorry.

Go back to a saved game and get the rebreather. It is very handy to have. Especially for exploring those underwater places such as the caves at the bottom of Lake Mead. It's either the rebreather or turning on 'godmode'.
