Ok I used to be able to say "ED-E return to base" and he would go to the lucky 38. But I ran into a glitch with the return to sender quest where the Chief Hanlon guy wouldn't finish his last farewell speech and commit suicide. Thhe wiki said to Remove the DLC DEAD MONEY and cache so I did and it worked but when I wanted to get rex I realized that I had to send ED-E home or to the lucky 38. That is the problem.........ED-E wont go to the Lucky 38 anymore. There is no option to say return to the Base Even though I went to the Lucky 38 and added the DLC AND Updated.

Please Help Thanks This is the third Problem I have had today and you guys have helped me with the previous two.

Oh Crap It's not just ED-E Ally my followers wont go to the lucky 38 help!!

Sounds like you're on an xbox so a console command to reset won't fix your problem.

So ... that leaves going back and reloading a saved game before the problem and the glitch existed.
