Is Dovahkiin fully voiced?

Yeah definitely don't ever want a fully voiced main characters.

That post made me think about a thing.

Maybe conversations will feel very one-way since we surely won't have a voiced-character and conversations will have no hud (because of real time), therefore we won't have any choice to make while speaking to someone. So it'll be : press a key to start conversation, NPC talks alone. NPC stops talking. Press a key to make him talk alone more. So, yeah, I wonder how choices will be implemented and hope it won't make all the "dialogues" (well, probably monologues, really) flat and detached.

Probably the same amount as before, not to mention that adding voice over adds more to the memory.

only the dragon shouts will be voiced everything else wont be, becuase there would be too much dialoge
